SAP Assessments are required by Building Control to show that the building complies with Approved Document L1A.

This service includes your as Build SAP Assessment & EPC which are required on completion. 

A SAP Assessment is required if the proposed glazing in your extension exceeds 25% of the new floor area, plus the area of any openings being covered by the extension.

This service includes a Notional & Proposed Assessment and an explanatory report for Building Control. 

A SAP Assessment is required to prove compliance with Approved Document L1A, if you are changing the use of a building from Commercial to Residential or where the existing number of dwellings within a building will alter.

This service includes your SAP Assessment & EPC at the end of the project. 

The statement is carried out using a SAP Assessment for residential properties, which will allow the developer to look at energy saving measures at planning stage rather than building regulation stage.

This service includes a design stage assessment, U Value Calculation, Energy Statement, As built Assessment & EPC at the end of the project.
